The doctoral team of the subsidiary "Shenzhen Baishida Biotechnology Co., Ltd." has been working tirelessly for over 20 years, utilizing biotechnology and equipment integration technology to create the world's first integrated production line for "agricultural high-speed rail". The FDCA platform molecular new materials extracted from agricultural and forestry straw fibers, as well as various fully degradable packaging products, are used throughout the production process without polluting wastewater discharge. The company utilizes various agricultural and forestry wastes such as straw as resources, industrialization, and fertilizers, forming a circular industry cluster and efficiently transforming innovative achievements, contributing to promoting rural revitalization and achieving the "dual carbon" goal.
Constructing an 'agricultural high-speed railway' to achieve full utilization of straw

With the continuous increase of our country's population, the demand for crops is also growing rapidly, and under this trend, agricultural pollution is becoming increasingly serious. Especially the straw of crops has attracted high attention from relevant departments in China regarding agricultural pollution environmental incidents, and the promotion of a resource-based recycling model for crop straw has been implemented.
Baishida Biotechnology (a subsidiary of Shenzhen Baishida Excellent Technology Co., Ltd.) is a company specializing in the agricultural and forestry straw resource recycling industry. It processes straw as raw material through integrated production lines to form biomass based new materials and various non wood fiber packaging products.
The comprehensive utilization of agricultural and forestry straw resources is currently the main project of Baishida Biotechnology. Baishida Biotechnology, together with enterprises from the Institute of Process Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and CRRC, has jointly built an integrated production line for agricultural and forestry straw resources - the Agricultural High speed Railway. Using a large number of agricultural and forestry straw, straw, tree branches and other bio based plants as raw materials, they are collected by storage companies and sent to the production line for processing and production through multiple processes such as mechanical spinning, physical kneading, and biological extraction. 80% of them become non wood fibers used for related packaging products, and 20% become biomass based new materials.

In terms of biomass based new materials, the production line adopts fully degradable packaging material manufacturing technology, forming a bio based platform molecular material FDCA (furan dicarboxylic acid). Through biological modification treatment, a series of products such as fully degradable green code bags, fully degradable agricultural film, fully degradable environmentally friendly tableware, fully degradable trays, and formaldehyde free boards are prepared by replacing petroleum based materials with bio based raw materials.
In this project, Baishida Biotechnology adopts key technologies such as efficient homogeneous self catalytic technology, multi metal near neutral catalytic oxidation technology, product self separation technology, and straw waste micro nano particle filling, which solve the problems of large use of acid and alkali and high production costs, avoiding the difficulties in separating homogeneous acid catalysts, high preparation costs of solid acids, difficult product separation, and inability to continuously use solvents. Under high substrate concentration, the solvent was cycled 20 times without a significant decrease in FDCA yield. The FDCA yield was greater than 80% and the purity was greater than 98%; After multiple uses, the solvent can still be reused through processes such as precipitation, activated carbon adsorption, and distillation. Compared with traditional projects, it has integrated the high-value utilization process from plant raw materials to new material series products, achieving zero emission production technology.
Strategic cooperation to create the champion brand of Lion Xiaowei children's masks

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, as an innovative group company that has been deeply involved in the research and development of new materials for 15 years, and has more than 70 independent patented technologies and independent brands, Baishida has partnered with Lingshi Group to establish Shenzhen Baishitong Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and production of children's brand health protection products - "Lion Xiaowei" children's masks, bringing "love protection" to children who are about to start school.
The "Lion Xiaowei" children's mask is designed specifically for children aged 3-14, with technical support provided by multiple children's experts.
Since its inception, the Lion Xiaowei brand has adhered to the basic principle of creating champion quality children's masks, with the mission of being a "guardian of children's respiratory health" and providing protection for children's respiratory health.
In order to quickly bridge the gap between Shi Xiaowei children's masks and millions of children, Wei Dongjin led a team to create the animated image of "Shi Xiaowei". Lion - meaning lion. Lion is a common auspicious mythical animal in Chinese folk culture. It is the embodiment of wisdom and strength, and the stone lion is revered as the "guardian deity of the Chinese people"; Wei - meaning guarding, guarding children, with the mission of protecting children's respiratory health and the development goals of the enterprise.
As of now, in terms of data technology, Baishida Biotechnology adopts big data and Internet of Things technology to trace the origin and production control of raw materials, obtain data on reducing carbon emissions through standardized algorithms, and visualize the actual reduction of carbon emissions in the product production process, providing data support for "carbon neutrality and carbon trading".
